		<description> I think the copy is about the engineering side, not the billing side.  A malfunction being like a dropped or misdirected call.  If you&#039;re old enough to remember landlines, I&#039;ll be surprised if you ever had an issue like that.

Bell had its issues, but their engineering was pretty incredible.</description>
