Personally, I don’t like the beach due to huge, terrifying Herring Gulls, bitter cold, and enormous, freezing waves which try to carry you off to the north sea, where you will die in short order; but I think we’ve been to different beaches – Germanic pallor is not a problem here.
Anyone sharing that dislike, for whatever reason, is alright by me though. Welcome Enemy of My Enemy ;)
