After 50 years, Citizen Kane has lost its top seat on the British Film Institute's famed list of the "Top 50 Greatest Films of All Time." The number one spot now goes to Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo (1958). Interestingly, Hitchcock didn't even break the top ten until 1982.
