Is it possible to here that and NOT break into falsetto “got to be reALLL!!!”

This track must’ve also been an influence on X-Clan too. I’m familiar with that chant of “Fired up, can’t take no more” from an intro to a song on Xodus.

I was thinking about the similarity of the names:  Brother D and XClan’s Brother J.  The influence has…  got to be real (sorry, i couldn’t help it.)

I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed a comic series so much.

It will take me a long time to get to this in the comic, but, Jeckyll (Andre Harrell) goes on to be boss man at Uptown Records, hires and fires a young Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs, and becomes CEO of Motown.

I see why How we gonna make a black nation rise? was not a huge success. It’s not angry sounding enough for it’s subject matter. I guess we’re waiting for Public Enemy to change that.
