		<description>I remember an proposal that my dad (Prof. Michael Papagiannis) had proposed when they were getting ideas together for SETI.  He thought that it might be an interesting angle if we were to look for the signature of a nuclear explosion.  I believe that it can only be reproduced by a culture that has figured out how to do such a thing. </description>
