I too am glad to see some relevant metal content on BoingBoing (One of my all-time favorite posts on BB was of the 2009 Black Metal Symposium). I'm not a massive metal fan by any stretch, but I am a big fan of improvised music (jambands, bluegrass, jazz, etc.), so I was excited to give this a shot. Perhaps I'm parroting the common complaints so many have with jambands, but I was a rather disappointed with how monotonous and repetitive this was. I can handle a 15 minute jam with the rest of them, but I expect to find at least something dynamic...
