Tell the girl’s father that he has nothing to worry about, for his daughter is the Enlightened One, and she has finally arrived!  Fear not — Honored Father of Our Goddess — for we, Her followers, shall take Her to the safety of the Hidden Temple and care well for Her (may Her glorious reign endure beyond infinity), while Her Divine Wisdom leads us through the inevitable age of worldwide slaughter into a new golden age.

That’s nothing, there were several kids in my 6th grade class that had four eyes.

Thanks to the magic of panoramic cameras a high school friend of mine, standing in the very back row, appeared three times in a picture of the senior class.

It’s nearly impossible to take a big group photo without having at least one person with their eyes closed. I’d bet dollars to donuts this girl had her eyes closed in this shot and they cloned her open eyes from another shot and left a stray layer turned on before going to print.

Or, she’s one of Kuato’s minions.

    • Hegelian

Yeah, I’m thinking that’s it. Someone was trying to clone one or more eyes open and something got left in by accident. If just one eye was closed they might have been cloning a left eye into a right eye by flopping it, or they might have been cloning from another shot of the same group.

One of my vague business ideas: the manufacture and sale of third eye patches to hippies and New Agers who feel rather like the view from the third eye chakra wasn’t all that they’d hoped it would be.
