		<description>It seems to me that the only copyright related doctrines which could be plausibly defined as human rights are &quot;moral rights&quot;,  in that they are inalienable, and expire with the death of the original  author. Other rights, including the pragmatic copyright regime used by the United States do not rise to this level.</description>
