Okay, it’s me who’s going to say it then?
    Hot!

She’s a teen so unless you’re one too, you’re probably better off saying ‘Cute!’

I think that at my party this weekend I’ll put “TARDIP” on the chip dip.  Thanks!

      • JoeBuck

The word you may be looking for is “adorable”.

      • TWX

I don’t see why one can’t acknowledge that she’s attractive.  Obviously one shouldn’t act upon that unless one is in her age bracket, but it’s not like attractiveness spontaneously appears at the age of majority.  And since her costume appears designed to conform to her figure it’s a little beyond just being cute.

Good luck, teenage geek boys, and godspeed!

      I will:

    Whats her number?

    • http://2012diaries.blogspot.com/ tristan eldritch

Well, since she’s a police box, the number of the London constabulary should be relatively easy to find.

      • TWX

But I’d bet that despite written claims to the contrary, she’s not Free for Use of [the] Public…

  • corydodt

Jenny the Bloggess did her own version of this one, too.  (Also, a rare picture of Victor, her husband. :-)

  • Ashley Yakeley

A somewhat more teen-appropriate take on the “sexy x” outfit.

  • BarBarSeven

My daughter rolled her own Tardis dress!

Sorry, but that just closes the door to any commentary we—as a people—can provide.

    • http://burntheflag.ca Jardine

I’m quite comfortable pointing out that she is physically attractive and (I assume based on the costume) a bit nerdy, making her more likely to be emotionally and mentally attractive. The light on the top is a nice touch as well. That’s a detail that says to me that she thought a lot about this costume.

This appears to be a work of excellent crafting abilities and I applaud her.

“Where does she store her Halloween candy?” “The front pockets are bigger on the inside.”

    • Chentzilla

I don’t even want to think about the kind of Halloween experience she may have that will start with “Well, let’s see if you are spacier on the inside…”

      • TWX

One would think that in these circumstances that would *not* be a compliment.

Works for me. It’s called “The Big Empty”, maybe you can find it somewhere else. Or buy it in Wholfin collection: http://www.wholphindvd.com/issues/wholphin-no-1/

            I get:

This video contains content from Lionsgate, Beggars and UMG, one or more of whom have blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.

Which is weird since your IP tracks to the same country as mine. Of course, my IP has tracked to Flint, Michigan for the last year despite me being in Palm Springs, 2,000 miles away.

Or you guys could just stick to “nice costume.” After all, that’s what this photo and thread are about. You weren’t asked to comment on your personal physical attraction to her, so whether or not it’s age-appropriate, it’s totally off-topic.

    • acerplatanoides

Do you know what the Doctor calls the Tardis? Sexy. That’s her name.

    • allenmcbride

I think it’s usually good to comment on salient aspects of a post that aren’t what the poster was thinking about. I think the reason not to comment uninvited on someone’s attractiveness is to increase the chance that they’ll feel like they can be part of the community and still maintain control over their sexuality.

  • Julian Willson

Blimey, you’re a naive one aint yer.  You are damn lucky it’s as restrained as it is.  Have you ever actually met the internet before?

    • Antinous / Moderator

This isn’t the internet; it’s Boing Boing.

      • Julian Willson

Ah yes.  All threads on Boing Boing are totally on topic and restrained.  Like totally.

      • acerplatanoides

         You’ve met the internet.

I’m not sure how to respond to this, I’m torn between:
    - Fantastic!
    - Brilliant!
    - You wear a TARDIS now? TARDISes are cool!

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100001250809595 Molly Spurgeon

hahaha! it seems as though i unintentionally  made a few of you question your morals. and just in case anyone was wondering, i had a doctor too!

    • http://www.epinardscaramel.com TokenFrenchDude

      Adorable !

  • lev36

Very nice! I think it would have been even better with a longer skirt (saying which, I realize, might mean I have to turn in my guy card), but the light on top is the best bit. Especially if it can flash and “vworp” as the wearer desires.

    • TWX

OT, but if I ever build that Tardis enclosure for an upright air compressor behind my shop, I’m going to make the light oscillate when the compressor runs.

  • MajorD

She looks great, but can she make that grindy grindy rrrruhrrrr rrrruhhrrr sound of when you forget and leave the brakes on?

  • Data1001

Looks suspiciously like the outfit Tim Siedell tweeted of his daughter:

Saw her and Dr. Who in Montrose, CA last night.  She is a cutie!
