Three million iPads have been sold in the the three days since Apple launched a new iPad mini and fourth-generation iPad.

    I notice they don’t split up the numbers between the mini and regular iPads, though they do say they sold out of their initial supply of minis.

      Apple generally doesn’t break down sales reports by individual products to avoid giving competitors insight into the market.

        I’m pretty sure their competitors, who created the 7″ tablet market, already have some insight.

      Sales of the Nexus 7 are expected to reach 8MM by the end of the year.  They are currently selling at the rate of a million a month.
