Female child pornography suspect apprehended

The woman referred to in US government advisories as "Jane Doe," pictured in a screengrab from a child pornography video at right, has been apprehended. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) division arrested Corine Danielle Motley, 25, of Okaloosa County, FL., on federal charges for child pornography production.

The HSI complaint alleges she produced "at least one long-form child pornography video featuring herself engaging in explicit sexual conduct with a 4 to 6-year-old victim." Danish National Police downloaded the video in Denmark, and tipped off HSI, because Danish police believed the video probably been produced in the United States. HSI in turn alerted the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, which determined that the child victim had not yet been identified or rescued. Investigators believe the video was first posted online on Nov. 27, 2012. HSI posted cropped screengrabs from the video, and within one day, tipsters led them to Motley.
