		<description>I have the opposite question: why WOULDN&#039;T a WaveDancer want to give birth in the water?  They seem more connected to their environment than any of the other non-Wolfrider tribes.  Seems only natural for them to give birth in the water.  Which means my other question is why don&#039;t they?</description>
