I just don’t like the caller. That’s a lot of neck stress, the cow could spook and hang the dog…. Should use a dog harness

This dog is much less of an asshole than the last one.

I’ve never heard of walking cattle. Maybe they live on tiny Japanese farms where they don’t have enough room to walk?
