I recently watched that film for the first time, and I thought it was really intriguing to see a time when people were designing their own microphones and antenna systems for bugging, and using those devices to advance their careers. I also thought it was amazing to see Gene Hackman a character so vulnerable. I'm glad someone mentioned the film.
