Mother Jones has an item today on complaints by drivers for "hail a black car/taxi/SUV with your smartphone" company Uber: the company website claims your fare includes a 20% gratuity "for the driver," but one driver told MoJo's Josh Harkinson that "half of that gratuity actually goes to Uber."
