Masterclass in making with Bunnie Huang at the Hardware Innovation Workshop

On May 14-15, Make is hosting its second annual Hardware Innovation Workshop in San Mateo, CA. There's a pretty amazing speaker lineup, but perhaps most exciting is a "Maker Pro Master Class" with Andrew "bunnie" Huang, one of the great hardware hackers of our age.

I’ve read some of his articles. He basically advocates learning Chinese and working closely with the folks in China to get your stuff made well at low cost.

That sounds like an excellent plan if you want to get stuff made in China. I’d rather get my designs built in the USA by overpriced Americans. But that only works since I tend to sell things that no one else in the world is making.
