Here we go again! I bought another super light/small Apple product, to sleeve in a big leather case!
I love the style and I like the protection it provides for my device. I present to you the BookBook for iPad Mini by Twelve South
I went for vibrant red as I like stuff to stand out. If I'm going to bulk-up my light iPad, I want people to know. It is really lovely! Much like the BookBook I frequently use with my MacBook Air the leather feels great, build quality is top notch and functionality is pretty much what you'd expect when you jam an iPad into an old book.
I like the stand-up and profile view mode, works very well on tables and in bed. The leather inner-sleeve the iPad rides in unsnaps easily and the rear facing camera becomes quickly useable. Unlike the MacBook Air version, the iPad mini is small enough that the case is not immense and feels pretty natural.
I'm obviously a fan of these BookBook cases.
