Surprise inspection of luxury cruise ship results in failing health grade (surprising no one)

The Centers for Disease Control's Vessel Sanitation Program visited the ultra-luxury cruise ship Silver Shadow, unannounced, and gave a failing grade for "one of the plushest cruise ships afloat." The operators were cited repeatedly for using an "organized effort" to remove 15 trolleys of food from the ship's galley to individual crew cabins to "avoid inspection." More at CNN, including video.
