If I wasn't here this weekend, I would be watching our friends in Death Cab for Cutie perform their exquisite album "Transatlanticism" in its entirety in Portland tomorrow and Seattle on Sunday. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Transatlanticism and DCfC continues to grow in influence as they develop their stunning soundscapes and explore new territories. The band is releasing a special Transatlanticism – Tenth Anniversary Edition on vinyl and digital download on October 29. It will contain the original, unreleased demos for each of the songs on the album. Above, the demo version of "Lightness."
