My Short Story Collections:
For folks who’ve bought print copies of Returning My Sister’s Face, thank you. However, something I haven’t mentioned publicly before is that I haven’t received royalties owed from Norilana, the publisher, for the last three years. Norilana is a small, indie publisher, and I know Vera has gone through a very rough time, which is why I haven’t felt it necessary to bring this information to light. Also, I did get ebook rights reverted, so I have been earning royalties on ebook sales of RMSF. But at this time, sales of either the hardbound or trade paperback versions won’t help my financial circumstances.
I have enrolled RMSF in the “Kindle Bookmatch” program so anyone who purchases or has previously purchased it as a print book from Amazon.com will be able to get the Kindle version for $2.99, which is $4.00 less than the normal list price of $6.99.

A Little Help From My Friends
I bought this leather wallet for $6 from Amazon a month ago. I liked it right away, and after having taken about eight flights since then, I have come to appreciate how great it is to be able to slide my driver license out of the clear plastic pocket (which has a hole so you […]
Jim from Open Rights Group sez, “MPs have worked out that attempts to verify adult’s ages won’t stop children from accessing other pornographic websites: so their proposed answer is to start censoring these websites.”

But with only one college astronomy class (101) under my belt, my knowledge of the stars falls into the “Dummies” category. Which is why I loved DK’s new […]
TV antennas are making a comeback, and the Ghost Indoor HDTV antenna is a great example of why. Unlike the old bunny ear-style antennas, this compact antenna is barely noticeable and picks up channels easily. Plus with the addition of streaming services like Netflix, we find ourselves with plenty to watch without a pricey monthly cable bill. The Ghost […]
I’ve never really felt the need to purchase a smartwatch because a lot of them aren’t very functional, but at just shy of $30, the Martian Notifier Smartwatch was worth checking out. For that low of a price, it actually does feature an impressive amount of functionality, and comes in handy when you don’t want to be carrying around your […]
