Creepy mannequin sold for £700

Cruella, a child-sized mannequin, has an unusual appearance. It sold for £700, about $1150, at an auction in England. "Auctioneer David Lord of Stroud Auction Rooms acknowledged they had 'hugely underestimated' the interest in the dispersal sale of the venerable Reading department store" whose demise made Cruella's release into the wild possible. Get Reading's Linda Fort reports that there was plenty on offer for less-flush customers, too: individual mannequin parts were going for just £30 ($50).
