Anti-coup protesters in Thailand adopt 'Hunger Games' 3-finger salute

Thailand's military National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) has decided that protesters who flash the anti-coup three-finger sign, which they've adopted en masse from 'The Hunger Games,' are subject to arrest and criminal charges.
