Silicon Valley wage fixing: Disney, Lucas, Dreamworks and Pixar implicated

It's not just tech companies that participated in the massive, illegal "no-poaching" cartel.

Court documents from the trial, whose $324M settlement was just rejected by US District Judge Lucy Koh, reveal that Disney, Pixar, and Dreamworks were all co-conspirators, secretly agreeing to depress wages for their top talent by not recruiting from one another. The paper trail includes notes from Steve Jobs and George Lucas openly discussing the agreement, as well as Google's Eric Schmidt (who warned the his co-conspirators to stop leaving so much electronic evidence of their wrongdoing).
