It turns out that the 17-year-old Virginia boy suspected of participating in a "mutual and consensual exchange of nude photos between two teenagers" won't have to be injected with drugs to induce a medical erection so that Manassas City Police could photograph his penis and compare it to the erect penis photo in the text message.
The judge let him go with a stiff warning and a year's probation.
