At 81, Polish illustrator Andre Krayewski has adapted his memoir about being a jazz fan in Stalinist Poland into a graphic novel, and his son Ed has translated it to English.
They're looking for $8K to pay for the initial printing of the 352-page graphic novel (you can read the first three parts for free). $10 gets you the PDF, $35 gets you a finished book. Krayewski's illustration style is gorgeous.
