Crowdfunding Austin's makerspace for kids

Sx Create writes, "Austin Tinkering School is a place where kids use real tools and real materials to build, create, and learn. Adults serve as collaborators rather than teachers for maximum engagement, interest, enthusiasm, and enjoyment."

They're seeking $20K, and they're looking to move from the backyard where they currently operated into an indoor/outdoor space. They're also looking to fund a truck with tools that they can take to kids all over Austin. Their stretch goals include funding for a 3D printer, a welding rig, a kiln, and a CNC.

The Austin Tinkering School is running a community fundraiser to help them continue their programs. They are an amazing resource and deserve this much funding AND more. Please help them out if you are able.

The original Tinkering School is in California and was founded by Gever Tulley who has given his blessing for them to use the Tinkering School name here in Austin.
