WATCH: 2015's biggest toilet snake proves nightmares do come true

San Diego County's Department of Animal Services announced a 5.5 foot Colombian rainbow boa emerged from an office building's toilet.

Apparently an office worker thought the water in the toilet looked a little too high, and when they plunged it, a snake head poked out.

Deputy Director Dan DeSousa said:

What we have here is an urban myth come to life, I guess. This is a snake that supposedly came up out of a toilet in an office building downtown, something that in the 25 years I've worked in animal services I've never seen happen.

See? Urban legends and nightmares do come true, given time.
