Yahoo Food has a fun little interview with Graham Blackall of the imaginative and playful millennial foodblog Glazed & Confused.

The New Orleans resident launched his blog in September 2013, featuring “his fantastical recipes—dreamed up between (and sometimes during) his classes at New Orleans’s Loyola University.” Today is Mardi Gras, and Graham has a recipe up for King Cake Fries. His portrait, above, is my main excuse for writing this post. His list of NoLa picks for foodies is another good reason to visit.
