I joined MSNBC's Rachel Maddow for a conversation about this week's historic FCC ruling protecting major aspects of network neutrality.
In a 3 to 2 party-line vote, the FCC decided that broadband internet access will be classified as a "telecommunications service under Title II," making it a utility subject to the same federal protections as telephone voice service.
