Cold glass sculptor Jack Storms explains how he makes his gorgeous pieces, including one that became a cube prop in the Guardians of the Galaxy film.
Most sculptors with with hot glass, but Storms prefer to cut and buff cold glass, fitting shaped pieces together with extremely close tolerances. Here's how it appeared in the film:
Storms explained that rumors began swirling when the film came out that his cube foreshadows events of the upcoming film The Avengers 2, possibly even portraying the fabled Cosmic Cube.
