Tobias Strebel, 35, who famously spent $100,000 on cosmetic surgery to look like Justin Bieber, was found dead in a Motel 6 in Los Angeles County.
He had been missing since August 18. Strebel appeared on the TV series "Botched" and "My Strange Addiction."
"What brought me to Bieber was the whole package: the full cheeks, the full temples, the bright open eyes, the full luscious lips and spacial framing," he said on Botched. "(He's) just extraordinarily beautiful."
