New York Deaf Theater performs Hamilton's Cabinet Battle #2

The cast of Hamilton joined with the New York Deaf theater in a video that is pure amazeballs.

If this pleases you, you'll love this.

This week, which is also known as Deaf Awareness Week, the Hamilton cast combined forces with members of the New York Deaf Theatre for a powerful take on the song "Cabinet Battle #2", which was released on Wednesday:

In a statement on their blog, the New York Deaf Theatre expressed their appreciation at being "the first Deaf artists to appear on the #Ham4Ham show, and we thank the Hamilton family for inviting us to the 'Room Where It Happens'." Now, fans are inquiring as to whether or not this single performance could indicate a future for an entirely deaf production of Hamilton–and this Ham4Ham is evidence that it would make for a powerful variant on a ground-breaking musical.
