 Driver safety is not a major concern here. People drive on scooters with infants between their legs and toddlers hanging on their backs. These kids were having fun trying to trip each other in a moving truck. Their baby brother kept leaning way out the passenger window to join in on the fun.Previous photo. Next photo. | On June 21, 2003, Mark Frauenfelder and Carla Sinclair moved from Los Angeles to the South Pacific. Our first stop is Rarotonga, a tiny island in the South Pacific. We're bringing our two young daughters with us.
