We spent most of the day working on food. We husked coconuts from our own coconut trees, and made coconut cream, which we added to the batter for homemade scones. We also made hand-cut pasta from flour and eggs, and cooked a chicken using the rest of our coconut cream, along with fresh tomatoes and garlic as a sauce. Everything was delicious!
On June 21, 2003, Mark Frauenfelder and Carla Sinclair moved from Los Angeles to the South Pacific. Our first stop is Rarotonga, a tiny island in the South Pacific. We're bringing our two young daughters with us.
