The new Beach House video for "Wishes" was directed by Eric Wareheim (Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!) and features Ray Wise (Twin Peaks, Reaper, classic 70's TV), horses & fireworks. It takes place during a sort of demented halftime show. It's fantastic.
Here is something you should know is happening: Tim Heidecker (of Tim and Eric and the Cain Train) has taken over Rolling Stone magazine. At least that's what he's telling us, and why he's posting his "dream covers" and holding meetings with Matt Taibbi. Does it need to be real? Is Wikipedia the final word on this? No, you just have to bear witness, then form your own conclusion. Don't overthink Tim Heidecker, just enjoy him and his arguments with Jann Wenner. (via Tim Heidecker on Twitter)
Comic genius Tim Heidecker, who is roughly 50% of Tim and Eric (also behind "Tim & Eric's Billion Dollar Movie," and "Check it Out! with Dr. Steve Brule"), has yet again created something I find very funny.
"Recently, I read that Bob Dylan’s new album Tempest will feature a 14 minute song about the Titanic," he writes, "So I wrote this song to see if I could beat the Master to it. I can’t wait to see how close I got to the real thing!"
Above, a preview. The entire opus is fifteen minutes long, and you can purchase it here.
Related: Aaron Preacher whipped up this appropriately surreal fan-video for "Lord Cain," the jingle Heidecker released on Friday night.

Because Herman Cain's actual campaign ads just aren't weird enough:
UPDATE: Dylan Mitchell-Funk created a fan-video. Eric Wareheim sure is looking good these days!
