Smooches to Rique

so i'm driving along the other night, listening to KBOO 90.7 FM in Portland, and i hear this gorgeous, intense, celebratory yet tribal yet dark yet melodick musick. and i think: "you know what??? THIS is what i want to listen to! i want musick to be like THIS!!!"

it turned out to be none other than Enrique Ugalde, performing as Soriah. He also creates beautifully moody, lyrically swooning music with the very talented boys in Sumerland.

Dead Air

somewhere in the damp twilight of the great Northwest, a great being emerges. is he a god? is he a monster? is he the pounding sermon of jim morrison's lost son, the hellbound preacher? only the masked men know for sure.
