Winston Churchill's 104-year-old parrot lives:
Charlie, who kept Churchill company during World War II, was famous for occasionally squawking four-letter obscenities about Hitler. But Martin told Reuters the bird has mellowed.
Update: Churhill's kids say that the parrot is a fake: "His daughter, Lady Soames, 82, told The Scotsman: 'I'm fed up with this story that my father taught it rude words. He only ever had an African grey parrot and it certainly did not talk.'" (Thanks, John!)
