This will cost $8.50 plus $4.75 for shipping, (total = $13.25), checks and most major credit cards accepted. You can also obtain a copy of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence's report on the U.S. intelligence community's pre-war assessments on Iraq on-line: Link. The GPO offers printed copies for $51 (stock number 052-071-01415-2, follow order instructions above.)
