Real world cyberwar versus cyberpunk

GlobalNerdy has published a great table comparing the recent "cyber-attacks" on Estonia with the first fictional account of cyberwar, from William Gibson's brilliant 1984 debut Neuromancer, the book that gave us the term "cyberspace." Science fiction writers predict the present, not the future. Gibson's forthcoming next book, a mind-blower called Spook Country is a book so futuristic it could only have been set in 2006.
