I wanted to let you know about a really cool new shop that my friend just opened in Little Tokyo. It's called Q Pop and it's got the craziest selection of toys, clothes, books, art, music, and everything else from Thailand, Japan, and Los Angeles. They're also going to start having gallery shows in the new year. The owner, Chris Mitchell, is a longtime animation veteran and super pop culture geek, and he can tell you the story behind every piece in the shop!
