When five-year-old brain cancer patient Brayden Denton died, his family decided to honor him by appearing at his funeral dressed as the superheroes he loved: Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, Thor, The Hulk, and Iron Man.
View the full size image here, and a local TV news video report about him is here. The boy had what is known as a DIPG brain stem tumor. "Diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomas (DIPGs) are highly aggressive and difficult-to-treat brain tumors found at the base of the brain."
