Despite her best efforts, a 20-year-old woman's home made license plate did not pass muster with a Massachusetts state trooper.
He pulled her over and upon closer inspection, determined that the plate was a cardboard fake with hand-drawn lettering. The woman has been charged with driving with a suspended license and attaching false plates.
Maybe she used this computer to design the plates.
