The surreal erotic photography of Heinrich Heidersberger [NSFW]

Heinrich Heidersberger. Kleid aus Licht. Vestido de luz-001

A selection of works by the German photographer Heinrich Heidersberger (1906-2006).

He was a onetime painting student of Fernand Léger at the Académie Moderne in Paris, during surrealism's heyday. American Surrealist photographer Man Ray, who also lived and worked in Paris in the early 1930s, is also credited as one of Heidersberger's inspirations.

In the late 1940s, he worked as a photographer for the magazine Stern, where this series was published "Kleid aus Licht." Projected light and shadows clothe nude female bodies. When published in 1949, it was most controversial.
