Verynice, the fascinating (and very nice!) design consultancy that does 50% of its work pro bono, created a Models of Impact Interactive Map attempting to "document every business model in social enterprise, ever."
From the map description:
How can products and services contribute to the development of sustainable impact in our communities? What models exist that can drive impact and social change beyond traditional grants and private donations? Through an in-depth study of the trends and accomplishments amongst hundreds of different business, we have developed a resource that aims to record (almost) every thriving model of impact.
