AboveTEK's bendable iPhone holder is amazingly handy. Now technical diagrams or simply directions can be available, right in from of my face. I can clip it almost anywhere I am working and have already found great assistance while working on a motorcycle, and cooking in the kitchen.
It is very stable, but I'd warn against suspending the phone over water. Keeping a stylus handy will also save you (me) trying to use your nose to flip a page while cooking.
