The people standing on the dock were chuckling when they saw this large whale watching boat approach.
Their mirth turned into concern, then panic, as it became clear the boat was not going to stop in time. The captain frantically tooted the horn. Then, like a something out of a Hitchcock movie, a slow-moving elderly woman with a cane walked past the ship, missing it by seconds.
