There are two things that have gotten lost in the controversy over Hillary Clinton's "basket of deplorables" speech: a.) It was mostly focused on reaffirming the importance of LGBT rights to her campaign and b.) It ended with Clinton introducing Barbra Streisand.
Babs went on to perform a version of "Send In The Clowns" that gloriously mocked Donald Trump ("Is he that rich? Maybe he's poor. 'Til he reveals his returns, who can be sure?"). As always, Streisand's pitch-perfect comedic timing sells the entire bit. Celebrity attendee Debra Messing posted a portion of the performance on Twitter (which was then uploaded to YouTube above).
