North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un is reportedly gravely ill or even dead again, according to the vague sources of South Korean defectors and the newspapers they feed. The (tabloid) claim is that his sister Kim Yo-jong has been groomed to replace him over the last few months and is now well-placed to do so.
