Ruben Lopez rode 2,500 miles from Poo Poo Point in Issaquah, Washington to Pee Pee Creek in Pike County, Ohio. He embarked on the adventure to raise money for humanitarian aid in Yemen. He plans to cover another 2,500 miles to Pee Pee Island in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. He's traveling 69 miles/day because of course he is. From Road.cc:
The cyclist said he had been planning to participate in several bike tours this year, but they were all canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He said he decided to take on the "meme ride" as a way to raise money for the Yemen Relief and Reconstruction Foundation, which provides humanitarian aid to the war-torn country.
