This is one of those moments where a younger me would immediately think "Wow, what a jerk!" but now I wonder "I wonder what the hell happened to this dude…" I prefer to assume that on a normal day this guy doesn't freak the heck out and tear up some random bush in the neighborhood and then attempt to kick a sign's ass.
